What you get
Access to the AIMSIF platform under the plan you signed up at, for the period you paid for. You keep your data — see /privacy and /security for how we handle it.
What we ask
- Do not use AIMSIF to do anything illegal where you (or your end users) are located.
- Do not try to bring our service down for everyone else (no abusive load, no probing for exploits without permission — see /security for our disclosure policy).
- Do not share your login. Add the people who need access as users; we do not charge by-seat surprises.
What we owe you
The service, running. If we materially fail (extended downtime, data loss outside our SLA), credit or refund per the SLA. We do not promise the platform is fit for any specific business purpose — that is up to you. Statutory rights under EU consumer / B2B law are not waived.
Pricing and grandfathering
The price you sign up at, during our launch window, is the price you renew at — for as long as your subscription remains continuous. The launch window will close when we hit our growth target; after that, new customers join at standard rates. Existing customers keep their grandfathered rate. If you cancel and come back, your old rate is gone.
Cancellation
Cancel any time in the OS. Your access continues until the period you paid for ends. We do not pro-rate refunds outside of the pay-now 90-day money-back guarantee.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account for the abuses listed above, or for unpaid invoices (with notice). We will give you an export window before we delete anything.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability we are not legally allowed to exclude.
Governing law
Latvian law. Disputes go to the courts of Riga, unless EU consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to use your home jurisdiction.
Changes
We will email you 30 days before any material change to these terms. If you do not agree, cancel and export — we will not stop you.
Talk to [email protected] with any question. These terms are deliberately short; we would rather answer a human than hide behind 30 pages of legalese. They are not, however, a substitute for advice from your own lawyer in the rare case you need one.
