Data controller

SIA FIXCMS, registered in Latvia, is the data controller for the marketing site (cms.lv). When you become an AIMSIF customer, you are the controller for the data you put into your tenant; we are your processor under the Data Processing Agreement that ships with your subscription.

What we collect on cms.lv

• Standard request logs — IP, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp. Used for security + abuse prevention. Kept 30 days.
• Contact form submissions — name, email, message. We use these only to reply.
• No third-party trackers. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no Hotjar, no LinkedIn Insight. Server-side logs only.

What we collect when you become a customer

Whatever you choose to put into your tenant. We never copy your tenant data into our internal analytics or share it with anyone other than the sub-processors listed at /security.

Cookies

The marketing site uses one essential cookie for the language preference. No analytics or advertising cookies on cms.lv. The OS at aimsif.cms.lv uses a session cookie for authentication; see /cookies for the full list.

Your rights under GDPR

• Access — request a copy of personal data we hold.
• Rectification — ask us to correct it.
• Erasure — ask us to delete it.
• Portability — get a machine-readable export.
• Restriction — ask us to stop processing.
• Objection — object to a specific use.
• Lodge a complaint with the Latvian DPA if you are unhappy with how we respond.

International transfers

We do not transfer your data outside the EU. Our sub-processors operate in EU regions.

Children

AIMSIF is a B2B platform. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Changes

We will email you 30 days before any material change.
