You signed up. What now?

  • The first hour: create your workspace, invite the people who matter, switch on the modules you actually need (you can change this later).
  • The first week: import or paste in your real customer list, your real invoices, your real fleet. AIMSIF only proves its value once it is running on real data — pilots on fake data lie.
  • The first month: run one billing cycle, one campaign, one onboarding. By month-end you will know whether AIMSIF saves you time or wastes it.

Modules — what does what

Each module has its own short page (one screen, no jargon). Pick what matches your role:

  • For sales: CRM Sales, Leads, Outreach, Marketplace.
  • For operations: Billing, File Manager, Calendar, Forms, Notifications, GDPR.
  • For marketing: Email Sendout, Web Builder, Newsletter, Blog, Social Posting.
  • For agency / vertical: Affiliates, Referrals, Property Catalogue, Property Matcher, Vehicle / Fleet, Garage Network.
  • Cross-cutting: AI Workspace, Chat, Auth, Clients, Users, Access Vault.

Integration & migration

  • From WordPress: point your domain at us, paste your content, we render. Built-in importers for common WP themes coming Q3.
  • From Shopify: CSV product + customer + order import works today; the live API bridge ships Q3.
  • From HubSpot / Salesforce: standard CSV import. Real-time bridge on request — talk to us.
  • From your accountant's spreadsheet: the most common starting point, honestly. Pasting in is faster than building a connector.

Compliance & security

Everything lives in the EU, encrypted, exportable, and we will delete it when you ask. The full statement is at /security.

API reference

If you are reading this section, you are a developer building on top of AIMSIF — welcome. The API is a JSON-RPC over WebSockets, dispatched through api.cms.lv. Auth is bearer tokens issued from the OS. Per-service method lists are in the OS admin under Settings → Developer.
